The connection to customers’ systems allows the automated data transfer of orders and instructions. The integrity of the information is checked, controlled and improved through plausibility studies (e.g. destination information, hazardous goods data sheets, addresses, haulier information, relationship details, text conservation).
This connection can be expanded to incorporate a dispatch development system by simply adding a modular based DINAS program package.
The basic model can be installed on UNIX-, SCO-UNIX-, LINUX machines, NT- or Novell networks, or individual PC’s and, for example, and can be composed of the following functions:
Data input of shipments, Master information and offers
Printing forms: shipping order, label, way bill, pallet exchange notes etc.
EDI integration (freight forwarders)
